Red Bluff High School Natural Resource Program Students in 11th or 12th grade or from colleges throughout the region may apply for an internship program at SRDC. A minimum of two hours per day is required. Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Discovery Center. An integrated curriculum that will allows students to sign up full-time for the Discovery Center and get science credit to complete high school and college requirements. This structure will free students to participate in more complete internships with agencies and private industry. The full-time model is in place during the summer with internships at Lassen Volcanic National Park, SRDC, CH2MHill, and other host sites.
